High-throughput DNA marker analysis for genetic mapping and genome-wide association allows us to link genomic information for phenotypic variation in Eucalyptus and pine breeding populations. Our skilled technicians and advanced equipment platform facilitate high-throughput DNA isolation from various plant species and tissues. The DNA Fingerprinting Team uses microsatellite marker analysis for identification and parentage analysis of Eucalyptus and pine trees. In addition, we are implementing a new SNP genotyping platform for commercially grown eucalypts with more than 60 000 markers covering all 11 chromosomes.
