The 1st of September traditionally heralds the arrival of Spring in South Africa. Although sometimes still a bit nippy, this date has gained significance on the FABI annual calender as it has become a tradition to celebrate the day with tea and cake in our courtyard. This year the weather was so good that many FABIans opted to wear a hat! More fun photos in the gallery!
