The International Sunflower Association's (ISA) mandate is to facilitate networking and collaboration among the global sunflower community. The aim is to promote Sunflower research and focuses on maintaining yields and protecting production across the globe. The board meeting took place on 21 June and the general assembly of the Association the following day, during the International Sunflower Conference in Novi Sad, Serbia. At these meetings Dr Nicky Creux was nominated as a member of the ISA board and this matter will be voted and formalized in the coming meeting later this year or early next year.
