FABI welcomed a team from the Oppenheimer Memorial Trust that spent the morning of 17 May at the Institute capturing video and stills footage for a corporate video.  Their aim was to showcase the Trust’s charitable involvement in education, the arts and other philanthropic activities. The team shot footage around FABI showing students and researchers in action studying fungal pathogens in the plant room, culture collection, and Prof. Cobus Visagie’s world-class microscope facilities. The group was hosted by Prof. Brenda Wingfield, a past recipient of the Harry Oppenheimer Memorial Fellowship Award.
