Insects on the menu at the FABI Entomology Journal Club social 2019-07-16
The Entomology Journal Club (EJC) in FABI is going strong with 25 enthusiastic members and record-breaking attendance at every meeting. On 20 June, the EJC hosted a social to celebrate insect research in FABI. The theme of the event was, of course, “Insects as food”. The members brought a plethora of fun and appetizing treats like lady beetle muffins, larvae-infested cupcakes and Sirex twinkies. While they enjoyed those creative treats, the members also bonded over a game of Insect Bingo.
This group of enthusiastic researchers meets once every two weeks and is always happy to welcome new members to discuss groundbreaking entomological research. To join, please contact Michelle Schröder.
