I completed my undergraduate BSc degree in Genetics, Physiology and Pyschology at the University of Pretoria. I am currently a BSc Honours Biotechnology student majoring in genetics. Under the supervision of Prof Sanushka Naidoo, my research project is focused on identifying polymorphisms within Eucalyptus grandis candidate genes that are associated with resistance to Leptocybe invasa.
