I completed my Bachelor of Science in Forestry degree at the University of Venda.My mini dissertation looked at the effect of different organic fertilisers and biofertilisers on the growth and quality of Eucalyptus grandis seedlings. I acquired relevant fieldwork skills essential in forestry through  my work integrated learning program. 

I am excited to be an intern at FABI as  it will give  me the opportunity to explore the research aspect of forestry which is particularly crucial given the current climate change crisis threatening our forests. 

I am confident that by the end of this period, I will be equipped with the essential skills, knowledge, and expertise necessary to excel in my pursuit of a Master's degree.
