I completed my BSc in Biological Sciences with Microbiology and Botany from Nort-West University before pursuing a BSc Honours in Plant Sciences at the University of Pretoria. During my Honours research, I investigated the biological control potential of fungal endophytes against Exserohilum turcicum, the casual agent of northern corn leaf blight in maize. Currently, I'm advancing this research through an MSc project, further exploring the efficacy of fungal endophytes in greenhouse trial, identifying secondary metabolites and assessing their biocontrol activities.
