I completed my Bsc Genetics at the end of 2024, and I am currently a BscHons Genetics student. I joined FABI at the beginning of 2025 for my honours year.
My research project for my honours degree is the identification of Starship transposable elements in South African isolates of Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum. I am completing my research under the supervision of Dr Markus Wilken and the mentorship of Chanel Thomas.
